Let’s Celebrate the Class of 2026!

Congratulations— it's hard to believe 8th Grade Promotion will be here before we know it! Let’s give our 8th graders a night to remember.

 

The FFO is working with the ECMS Administration to plan a number of promotion festivities (dates and details to come) to celebrate our students’ tremendous accomplishments and wish them well as they embark on their high school adventure. We, of course, need your help. We are asking each family to help offset the cost of promotion. All money raised through this campaign will go directly to promotion events and activities. We are asking each family to donate at least $40 per 8th grade student, but whatever amount you are able to give will be helpful. There will also be plenty of volunteer opportunities in May (more details to come).

Donation of $40 per student - This amount helps pay for the expenses of the ceremony, the promotion party including dinner and entertainment, and an ice cream social on the last day of school.
 

If you are able to contribute, payment can be made in the following ways:

• Zelle: Send via Zelle to ecmsffotreasurer@gmail.com or scan QR Code in your banking app to pay. Please be sure to note your child’s name and “8th grade promotion” in the message line.

• Check: Please make your check payable to ECMS FFO and write “8th Grade Promotion and your child’s name” in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to ECMS or hand delivered to the school office.

• Square Payment: Please be sure to note your child’s name and “8th grade promotion” in the message line.

 

Additional contribution - Because not all families have the financial ability to contribute, consider helping our efforts by contributing an additional amount. Additional contributions of any amount are welcome and may be made as detailed above.
